Cluster 16 comprises a team of 43 RTLB who service 83 schools that cover Hamilton City and its outskirts as well as Kura and Wharekura in Hamilton, the Coromandel, Hauraki, Te Kuiti, Tokoroa, Putaruru and Te Awamutu.
